Kathleen Puls Andrade (Actor/Playwright) has been an actor,
improviser, voiceover, writer and teacher in Chicago for several
years. In 2009 she premiered the original show Journey
to the Center of the Uterus™: Adventures Infertility!,
a poignant comedy based on her own roller coaster experiences with
infertility. Kathleen was asked to create an original audio blog, Journey
to the Center of the Uterus™, especially for FertilityAuthority.com and
has contributes regularly. She can also be seen in Put
the Nuns in Charge!, the hilarious long running sequel to
Late Nite Catechism at the Royal George Theatre in Chicago. Kathleen
also performs regularly with the Chicago Comedy Company writing
and performing original sketch and improv for corporations around
the country and in Chicago. She is a member of SAG/AFTRA,
with numerous voiceover credits to her name. And, in addition to
having a “Masters” in comedy from Second City, The
Annoyance and IO, she has also taught improvisation at The Second
City, along with improv and voiceover workshops at Baylor University,
U of I, In Forte (among others) and teaches voiceover at Bosco
Productions in Chicago where she uses improvisation as a tool to
help with the creative process. Kathleen is proud to be the
creator and producer of the Funny Women Fest, which ran from August
2000 to August 2004. This unique event showcased the talents of
women as educators, performers, writers and producers of comedy

Marshall Stern has
been a musician for 38 years playing drums, bass, rhythm guitar and
doing lead and background vocals at one time or another during that
span. As a talented songwriter/ musician, Marshall worked as a professional
songwriter contracted by a subsidiary of Warner Chappel and many
of Marshall 's songs appear on albums by Nashville recording artists
and on other albums across the country and internationally. He
is also a professional actor having appeared in many theatrical productions. Marshall
has been performing and teaching Improv since 1986 and has received
many awards and honors in that field as well. Some of the highlights
of his Improv career include; receiving a Ruth Sweet Award for excellence
in theatrical education, having his Improv troupe chosen to be the
first to appear at the prestigious Humana Festival and being voted
the best performing arts group in the Nashville Scene Readers poll
in 2001. Marshall is a former director of The Players Workshop of
The Second City. He sings with the Frozen Robins as well and has produced,
directed, and performed in the Music City production of MUSICAL!
the musical, where he was also the Artistic Director of One Hand
Clapping. He is currently Artistic Director of Chicago Improv
Associates and part of the duo that produces the Zenprov podcast. |
